This is vital not only for our personal health, but also to improve our ability to carry out the task of overturning the tyranny that rules over us, and re-establishing a healthy society in which we can thrive.

Choosing the right food to eat is essential for developing and maintaining this revolutionary lifestyle.

A healthy meal should consist of ONLY naturally-occurring, organic, and non-GMO ingredients.

We should boycott all stores that sell dangerous, low quality, and genetically modified food.

We highly recommend shopping local if possible, hunting for your own meat, learning to grow fruits & vegetables in a garden, or staring a farm/ homestead.

You should always read the entire food label, and all listed ingredients on a food packaging before consuming.

Avoid eating out at restaurants, as they often times buy cheap foods in order to make a higher profit margin.

Below you will find the listed fruits, vegetables, grains, and spices are alkaline based, meaning they will greatly boost your immune system to repel disease.

Any food not listed, or listed as “foods to avoid” are acidic based, meaning it promotes inflammation within the body.

At its root, all sickness and disease is basically mucus that forms around the cells to create inflammation.

If your body is mostly alkaline, then mucus cannot build up, and diseases will not be able to take hold.
